Two Planning applications were submitted to Carmarthenshire County Council on 9th November 2007 by Zarya Limited.

1. The Forest Arms, refurbishments, extensions and sub-division of existing to additional 2 units. Application number E/17734. Full Planning.

2. Plot adjoining Forest Arms, single dwelling. Outline Planning.
